Whole-Home Water Guardian
Key Features
Sensor-triggered automatic shutoff: A paired leak sensor can trigger the controller and Bulldog Valve Robot to close a compatible existing water shutoff valve after setup and testing. Offline device-to-device protection: Configured D2D shutoff does not require internet access. Sensors and controller must have working power or batteries and remain within communication range. Remote leak notifications: Supported YoLink app, email, and SMS notifications require appropriate connectivity, account settings, and any applicable service allowances. No pipe cutting: The Bulldog operator attaches to a compatible existing valve. Confirm fit and installation clearance before purchase. Three leak sensors: Monitor selected vulnerable areas of your home. YoLink wireless communication: Connects the compatible sensors, controller, and hub. Actual range depends on placement and surroundings. This kit provides sensor-based leak detection and valve operation, not water-consumption or abnormal-flow monitoring.
What's Included
3 × YoLink Water Leak Sensors 1 × Smart Valve Controller 1 × Bulldog Valve Robot 1 × YoLink Regular Hub Requires a compatible existing water shutoff valve. Installation services are not included.
Installation & Tech Specs
Before purchase, confirm that your existing shutoff valve, available clearance, and installation environment are compatible with the Bulldog Valve Robot. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the exact supplied equipment. Mount the Bulldog operator onto the compatible existing valve and connect the controller as directed. No pipe cutting is required for the operator installation. Set up the included hub and YoLink app for connected features. Position the three leak sensors at suitable leak-prone locations. Configure device-to-device (D2D) control between the sensors and controller. Test sensor-triggered valve closure and reopening according to the manufacturer's instructions before relying on automatic shutoff. Keep required power supplies or batteries operational. Offline D2D control requires correctly paired, powered devices within communication range. Remote alerts require the powered hub, internet connectivity, and appropriate app/account settings. Install each component only in conditions permitted by its rating. Protect components from unsuitable moisture, flooding, standing water, condensation, and extreme temperatures. Sensor detection points must be positioned according to their intended use. Seek qualified installation assistance if valve compatibility, mounting, or safe operation is uncertain.
Whole-Home Water Protection, Made Simple.
Because protecting your home shouldn't stop when you leave it.
A leak beneath your sink or behind your washing machine can go unnoticed while you're working, traveling, or sleeping.
The Whole-Home Water Guardian combines water leak sensors with an automatic valve operator to help detect unwanted water and respond, even when you're away.
When a paired sensor detects water, the system can turn your home's compatible existing shutoff valve, helping stop the water supply and limit potential damage.
Smart Detection. Automatic Shutoff. Greater Peace of Mind.
How It Works
1. Place Your Sensors
Position the three included sensors near areas where leaks commonly occur, such as beneath sinks, beside water heaters, or near washing machines.
2. Connect Your Protection
The Bulldog Valve Robot fits onto a compatible existing shutoff valve without pipe cutting. Set up the controller and pair the sensors for device-to-device leak shutoff according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Respond Automatically
Once device-to-device control is configured and tested, a paired sensor detecting water can trigger the controller and Bulldog operator to close the valve.
4. Stay Informed
Connect the included hub and complete app setup to receive supported remote leak notifications.
Important Information
This kit detects water at the sensors' locations. It does not measure household water consumption or identify abnormal water flow.
Configured device-to-device shutoff can operate without an internet connection, provided the sensors and valve controller have working power or batteries and can communicate.
Remote notifications require a powered, connected hub, internet access, and app setup. Check valve compatibility and installation conditions before purchase.
This system helps reduce the risk of water damage.
